Pierogi: My First Attempt
This year I cooked a lot but didn't write much about my adventures in the kitchen. Now on the last day of the year I am trying to put them on my blog. It goes without saying that I'm doing it hastily. So, I am not giving a detailed description of how to prepare them; I believe, everyone already knows.
Here are they ready to be cooked:

I used mashed potatoe and carrot as the filling because I eat plant-based.
